“Good work isn’t cheap, cheap work isn’t good.”

In this world of immediate satisfaction, it’s hard to remember that good things can take some time. Our motto is a tad tongue in cheek but has some underlying truth. Design isn’t something most folks inherently value, but it always, without fail, can alter the public’s perception of product, experience, value, and more. Both for better and for worse. That’s where we come in.

Our Team

  • Greg Straub

The captain of this vessel. Known for biting off more than he can chew, Greg founded local favorite Erie Apparel on the back of his passion for design and (then) unemployment. That bet has paid off handsomely, and has led to meeting and working with some great folks along the way.

  • Scott Gladd

Unequal parts creative director, writer, educator, type designer, father figure, Labrador Retriever. Scott endeavored to Vermont and received a Masters’ Degree in Graphic Design; reached a maximum height of 6 feet; has intermittent back pain; swore he’d never work for a design agency again; prefers the little guy over the big guy; and is pretty awful at writing bios. Have laptop, will travel.

  • Anna Johnson

Resident illustrator fueled by coffee and perfectionism. Anna briefly ventured out of Erie for a graphic design degree only to come back and find a pretty great place to work in a pretty great city.
